Yet threats such as government underpayment and corporate insurers arbitrarily delaying and denying care, directly impacts patients’ access to quality care and significantly contributes to healthcare worker burnout.
The Coalition to Strengthen America’s Healthcare works on behalf of the more than 5,000 hospitals and health systems, and the millions of patients they serve. We are a community of over 2.6 million advocates who recognize that hospitals and health systems are the heart of providing 24/7, life-saving healthcare for all Americans. The Coalition works round-the-clock to push back against motivated adversaries and protect the hard-earned reputation of hospitals and health systems, all to strengthen access to 24/7 patient care and stop special interests from putting patient care at risk.
