The Coalition to Strengthen America’s Healthcare was formed over 20 years ago
as the Coalition to Protect America’s Healthcare, with the goal of advancing America’s healthcare: strengthening our hospitals and health systems, defending Medicare and Medicaid, and supporting our healthcare workers.
A new chapter
In 2024, the Coalition relaunched with a new name, new tools, and new storytelling — because we can’t strengthen healthcare for the American people unless we strengthen the hospitals and health systems they count on.
