Stories from the State

Advocates from across the country submit their patient stories about 24/7 care, large corporate insurers, and rural healthcare access in order to highlight the importance of access to care.
I spent about nine weeks in a small hospital in Republic, WA last year. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff we have here — wonderful people. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to care for me and my particular situation.
